Old Mill School

As you may be aware, the Governor has proposed substantial cuts in the State education budget which will seriously impact California's schools -- including all Mill Valley schools. The Marin County PTA, in conjunction with the State PTA, is recommending that parents, grandparents, and concerned members of the community write to our elected officials objecting to these proposed cuts. The County PTA has prepared model letters with contact information (below) which you may use, or modify, if you would like to write a letter.

In addition, the County PTA has organized a Parent and Community Rally at the Marin County Civic Center in San Rafael this Friday afternoon, April 25th at 3:30 pm. Please see this flier for details. They are hoping to deliver a large number of letters at the rally.
